Thank you for visiting my web site, I hope you enjoy the pictures.
Welcome to Jaded Boer Farm. My name is Julie Bogh and my farm is located just outside of Oregon City in the beautiful Beavercreek area. The farm sits at an elevation of 1000 feet on about 8 and a half acres of level ground, giving us a wide range of weather conditions. This will be my ninth year of raising these wonderful animals. I appreciate the Boer goat for their style, strength, and of course personalities. I manage a small herd, usually ranging from 10-12 brood does. A member of the ABGA and CBGA, I am focused on breed standards, healthy herd management, and occassionally some fun.
Teamed with my good friend Joyce Peterson, Oregon Boer goats.com, we work together with bucks to improve our breeding programs. This year my does were bred between these bucks, Capriole Cadilac Jack from Oregon Boer Goats, JBogh Dozer and JBogh Blaze. Check out my buck page.
My babies usually arrive mid January to early February every year and are ready to leave in 3 months. The 4H wethers sometimes go earlier, but not until they have pasture time and are established on hay and grain. My goats are dehorned, it is my personal preference for handling.
